Layton has completed several new construction, addition and remodeling projects for the State Line Silver Smith Hotel and Casino. Projects included the construction of 128 new rooms in the eight-story hotel room tower, a driveway entrance, commercial kitchen facilities and various additions.

Layton also refurbished the pool and spa areas, adding new decking, tiles and facilities. A unique feature of the project was the use of the pool water as part of the emergency water supply in the fire sprinkling system.
