Social Hall is a seven-story, 170,000 ft2 office building located in downtown Salt Lake City. Leased by Zions Securities, the building’s location attracts many well-known tenants.

The facility also includes a three-story underground parking structure. The 165,000 ft2 post-tensioned parking structure has 1,200 parking spaces.

The Internal Revenue Service is the major tenant in Social Hall. The administrative office responds to general informational requests. The voice/data system installed for the IRS is Cat 3 and the Computer Systems are wired Cat 5, with 350 ports available for service. The facility's MDF has a Liebert system with raised floor and sprinkler system for fire suppression. The facility's IDF utilizes standard HVAC. The back-up generator for the IRS is a 30 kva system.
