RiverPark is a new business park being developed near the Jordan River in South Jordan. When the entire project is completed, 15 office and retail buildings will have been constructed on the master-planned site, all of which are design-build projects.

Developed adjacent to the Jordan River and wetlands, each structure, roadway and parking lot were built without disturbing the unique environmental features nearby.

The Argent Group approached Layton Construction for this project because of our vast experience with design-build projects. Having never used the design-build delivery method, Argent relied heavily on Layton's vast experience to assist in all aspects of construction from design to completion.

The Argent Group has contracted with Layton for all the phases of the RiverPark Corporate Center, including both building construction and high-end tenant improvements. Layton’s repeated experience on the site and with the building materials has given the owner added value. Our commitment to quality can be seen throughout this beautiful business park.
