Primary Children’s Medical Center, a pediatric facility serving five states in the Intermountain West, contracted with Layton to add three parking levels to the existing 400-stall parking structure, which was also constructed by Layton.

The new structure is post-tensioned cable with a precast panel exterior and contains 800 new stalls.
