Nicholas & Company Foodservice Distributors expanded their facility once again using Layton’s services. Layton had previously completed an expansion of the truck dock and freeze area in 2000.
Layton built a 42,000 ft2 addition which has 5 individual temperature zone rooms ranging from 28 degrees to 55 degrees. Unique features include an under slab heating system, high wear trap-rock flooring system, high speed roll-up doors, high bay racking and ripening room. The facility allows Nicholas to store and pull product in a more effective manner. |
