Six physician groups needed new offices for various types of radiology procedures, including MRIs, CT Scans, PET Scans, angio surgery, oncology and physical therapy exams. The owner wanted his clients to move in as quickly as possible and begin generating revenue. Layton met the owner's needs with regard to budget, schedule and quality.

Layton’s biggest challenge was coordinating the needs of each group and incorporating them into the design. Using the design-assist process, Layton assisted the architects to ensure both budgets and group requests were met.
Evidence of the quality of construction is shown in Layton’s superflat floors, which were poured for GE equipment requirements.
