The Midvale Fire Station is comprised of three apparatus bays equipped with an infrared heating and exhaust rail system, an arson evidence room, a large community/training room which doubles as an emergency operations center, an office and administration area and a dormitory area complete with showers, 10 sleeping rooms, kitchen, day room and an exercise room.

The building is also used by the local police as a sub-station with office space for report writing and meetings.
