Freezer & Cold Dock

This facility includes nearly 63,000 SF of space, which is kept at 22 degrees (f) to preserve perishable goods. Dehumidifiers keep the air free of water so there is no ice buildup on the racks, equipment or food. The refrigerated area is separated from the other parts of the warehouse by fast-moving, insulated doors which open and close as forklifts approach.

Administrative Offices

Attached and centrally integrated into the warehouse is a two-story office complex with facilities for training, meetings and managing day-to day operations. It includes a large kitchen and break room, locker rooms and beautiful lobby. Parts of the second level overlook the warehouse floor in two directions, to allow monitoring of operations.
