Layton constructed this fitness facility to include a full curtain wall system, neon canopy signage and detailed featured strips on the exterior concrete panels.

The interior contains an aerobic room, large cardio room, large weight room, specialized ladies room, free weight room and locker rooms. Also included on the main floor is a tanning salon, day care and nutrition retail facility.
Layton originally built this facility for Lifestyles 2000. Gold’s Gym, a leading company in the fitness industry, later purchased the company and the building.
