Designed to replicate the original 19th century downtown Eagle Gate Apartments, this facility includes apartments, retail space and a two-level underground parking structure.

Eagle Gate Apartments is a ten-story building with 92 luxury apartments and ground-level retail shops. The amenities of this chic downtown apartment building include underground parking, a landscaped courtyard, several fountains, an indoor pool and an exercise area.

In addition to the ten-story apartment building, Layton constructed a two-story, 500-stall underground parking structure adjacent to the building. Layton also constructed the adjacent Gateway Condominiums for Zions Securities.
