This design-build project consisted of constructing an endoscopy suite on the north side of Davis Hospital. The suite has four procedure rooms with other support rooms such as medical storage, a clean room, a decontamination room and a nurses’ station.

Layton remodeled a small area of the building for four recovery rooms and upgraded the existing heating and cooling systems to meet the needs of the new addition.
