Country Pines Retirement Community has both assisted living and independent senior apartments. Country Pines contracted with Layton to complete the apartment units, which are all one level and include full size kitchens, patios and parking. The buildings are townhouse style, wood frame with a brick and stucco exterior.

The design of these residential assisted living units exceeded the budget. Layton performed extensive value engineering to bring costs in line.
