| This striking five level, above ground parking structure is Phase I of an ultimate two-phase build out. The BSU 238,000 ft2 structure is not only home to 757 parking stalls, but also houses 9,000 ft2 of ground level office space.
The construction of this project included off-site work, site improvements, irrigation, exterior lighting and re-grading to accomodate landscape and sidewalk improvements.
