This striking, five level, above ground parking structure is Phase I of an ultimate two-phase build out. The Boise State University 238,000 SF parking structure is not only home to 757 parking stalls, but also houses 9,000SF of retail and office space at ground level.
The construction of this project included off-site work, site improvements, irrigation, exterior lighting and re-grading to accomodate landscape and sidewalk improvements.
