The Alcohol Beverage Control Warehouse is the storage center and general distribution facility for all alcoholic beverages sold in the state of Utah.

The facility includes 115,000 ft2 of warehouse space, 20,000 ft2 of administrative support and a 4,000 ft2 maintenance shop.

The administration building accommodates the public, executive office, general office, data processing, employee support and maintenance areas. The warehouse facility is arranged to accommodate a common receiving location for trucks and railroad cars.
