3Com is a global technology company specializing in network and connectivity for businesses around the globe. Expanding their Salt Lake City market required a new facility that met the demands of the company. The developer, CarrAmerica, teamed with Layton to provide 3Com with a facility that would meet those needs.

The secured facility includes office space, research and development, testing, IDF and server rooms, a full-service commercial kitchen and an exercise and locker room.

Constructed of steel with acoustical decking and glass accents, the 3Com building is an attractive addition to the surrounding business park.
