In listings released in March 2009 by Modern Healthcare magazine, Layton Construction Co., Inc. is ranked No. 18 on its list of Top Construction Management Companies in the United States. The rankings are based on the total value of construction for projects completed in 2008. Layton ended the year with a dollar volume of $276.2 million for healthcare projects.

Jordan Valley Medical Center Expansion (Lab, NICU, Orthopedic Rehab Renovation) - West Jordan, UT; 91,000 square feet; completion expected this fall
North Canyon Medical Center - Gooding, ID; 50,000 square feet; completion expected this fall
Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta, CA; 253,000 square feet; completion expected in 2010
Riverside Community Hospital - Riverside, CA; 527,000 square feet; preconstruction is underway, with project completion expected in 2012
